CASTRO FEARED DROWNED
HipLife artist, Theophilus Tagoe, also known CASTRO, is feared drowned in Ada. It is almost 48 hour since, the accident happened.
Castro was said to have taken one of the ski boats out on the volta river along with his girl friend (Janet).
